Excursion to Mirik (49 Kms. / 2½ Hrs. one-way)
  • After breakfast start for a full day excursion trip to Mirik (4,902 ft.),
  • which is a small picturesque hill station with a beautiful lake surrounded by forested hills on all sides with the back drop of Mt Kanchenjunga. The road runs through some fascinating tea gardens, Orange Orchards, Cardamom plantations and pine forests.
  • Visit Sumendu Lake, which is famous for it being one of the best man-made lakes. Enjoy horse ride and boating at the lake site on direct payment basis.
  • On the way back to Darjeeling return via Pasupati Market, which is situated in Indo-Nepal border (Extra vehicle charges will be applicable for Nepal Border to Pasupati Market on direct payment basis). Evening back to hotel.

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, is directly payable on the spot).

  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

  • Room Heater Charges.

  • Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
  • Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. 
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
  • We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
  • In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
  • Documents for Domestic Tour Confirmation : Aadhar Card of all Travellers
  • Documents for International Tour Confirmation : Passports of all travellers, Aadhar card & PAN card of Lead person 
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fare is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of departure date.
  • 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 21 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the Hotels & Transportaion policies. Minimum Admin cost will be applicable on and above cancellation charges.
