The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav-The Tent City, Dhordo is 85 km (approx.), which takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Tax rate would be 18 % GST (9% CGST and 9% SGST).
Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost. (75% of double occupancy amount).
In case of triple occupancy, any person of or above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).
If Name change, date change or any kind of amendment INR 2000+ 18 % per person will charge per change.

In festival date, Guest have to pay directly to hotel for Gala dinner/Any Activity which are not including in package.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel
The ID Proof can be Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport and Aadhar Card (Pan Card is not valid as ID Proof)
Foreigners/NRI’s requested to produce the passport & valid visa as Id proof on the time of check-in
Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel and in that case hotel will not refund any money

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
