Day 1

Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav

  • 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM : Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch Craft and many others.
  • 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM : High tea at the respective dining area
  • 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM : Visit the Sunset Point and the breathtaking White Rann to witness the grandeur of the setting sun. Transfers will be arranged by bus, camel cart, or a combination of both for a truly memorable experience.
  • 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM : Return to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo
  • 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM : Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective dining area

Day 2

Rann Utsav & Sightseeing

  • 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM : Breakfast at the respective dining area
  • 08:00 AM  onwards : Complimentary tour to Mandvi Mandvi is a renowned beach destination known for its tranquil white sands, peaceful surroundings, and scenic views. Located approximately 140 km from Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo. Mandvi used to be a famous port and is now a popular tourist destination. It's the perfect place to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun, and you can even go for horse and camel rides along the beaches.
  • 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM : Enjoy leisure time at the private beach This beach is regarded as one of the finest beaches on the Gujarat shoreline. A great family spot to spend a quality time where you can swim and enjoy the refreshing views of a beautiful Beach.
  • 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM : Enjoy a delicious lunch at the private dining area on Mandvi Beach
  • 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM : Visit Vijay Vilas Palace The great palace of Mandvi was built in 1929 by His Highness Vijay Singhji, the Maharao of Kutch, as a summer resort. This palace has a domed terrace that gives a panoramic view of the sea. It has interiors made like offices where the king used to work. The construction of the palace started in 1920 and was completed in 1929. The palace is built with red sandstone. It has all the elements of Rajput architecture and draws largely on the plan of palaces of Orchha and Datia.
  • 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM : Visit Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial. Shyamji Krishna Varma was born on 4th October 1857 in Mandvi, a town in the Kutch district of Gujarat. He was one of the foremost freedom fighters in India’s struggle for independence. The Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial in Mandvi is a replica of 65, Cromwell Avenue house, Highgate, that was originally recognised as India House in London. He was a staunch nationalist and a freedom fighter with anti-imperial views.
  • 4:30 PM : onwards Return to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be served during the journey.
  • 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM : Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective dining area
  • 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM : Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area
Day 3

Explorer Rann Utsav 

  • 06:00 AM to 06:30 AM : Morning tea
  • 06:30 AM to 07:30 AM : Experience a rejuvenating yoga session at the dedicated area
  • 06:30 AM to 07:00 AM : Visit Sunrise Point to witness the beauty of the rising sun over the serene White Rann. As the first light touches the vast salt desert, it creates a magical and unforgettable morning experience.
  • 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM : Breakfast at the respective dining area
  • 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM : Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch Craft and many others.
  • 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM : Enjoy a delicious lunch at the respective dining area
  • 03:00 PM to 07:30 PM : Enjoy a complimentary tour to Kala Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point of Kutch. En route, visit the handicraft village “Gandhi Nu Gaam.”
  • 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM : Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective dining area
  • 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM : Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area
Day 4

Departure 

  • 06:00 AM to 06:30 AM :  Morning tea
  • 06:30 AM to 07:30 AM :  Experience a rejuvenating yoga session at the dedicated area
  • 07:30 AM to 09:30 AM :  Breakfast at the respective dining area
  • 09:30 AM    Check-out with happy memories
  • 11:30 AM to 02:00 PM :  Complimentary sightseeing at Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj, for 2 hours (approx)  It Extends homage to the almost 13,000 victims of the massive Gujarat earthquake of 2001. Located a top Bhujia Hill in the State of Gujarat, the memorial spans an impressive 170 acres on the historically significant Bhujiyo Dungar. 
  • (It will be closed on every Monday)

Inclusion :

  • Pickup from Bhuj [Railway Station / Airport] / Dhordo to White Rann - The Tent City
  • (Dholavira). [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C. basis] (As timings mentioned in
    attachment).
  • Drop from Dholavira to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
  • 1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and
  • Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas
    and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
  • Guest who have missed the visit as per Itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable
    basis.
  • Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
  • Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

Exclusions:

  • GST if not mentioned in the Inclusions
  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video
  • camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
  • Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad
  • weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
  • Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. 
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
  • We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
  • In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
