Inclusion 

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis inclusive of Buffet Breakfast.
• All transfers and sightseeing arrangements by AC Vehicle as per itinerary.
• Vehicle at your disposal as per the itinerary.
• Services of a Well experienced driver.
• Driver Allowance, toll, parking fee, Night halt charges, inter- state permit and govt. applicable service tax.
• Child below 5 years on Complimentary basis.
• All applicable taxes.

Exclusions

• GST if not mentioned in the Inclusions
• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
• Airfare / Train fare / Cruise, if not mentioned in the itinerary
• Anything not in inclusions is excluded

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
• Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. 
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
• We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
• Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
• In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
