Day 1

ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI

  • Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in the morning.
  • Meet our Africa Incoming representative after completing immigration and baggage formalities.
  • Transfer to your hotel in Nairobi.
  • Receive a brief safari orientation from our representative.
  • Check-in at the hotel (standard check-in from 2:00 PM onwards).
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight stay in Nairobi.
Day 2

NAIROBI – ABERDARE

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Depart Nairobi and drive to Aberdare, located in the central highlands of Kenya.
  • Arrive and explore the scenic landscapes of Aberdare National Park, known for its forested ravines, bamboo forests, moorlands, and Afro-alpine vegetation.
  • Experience excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, including elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, buffalos, olive baboons, colobus monkeys, warthogs, and bushbucks.
  • Keep an eye out for rare species such as the bongo antelope, giant forest hog, golden cat, serval cat, African civet cat, and blue duiker.
  • Check in at your lodge (The Ark or Treetops, subject to availability), overlooking a floodlit waterhole and salt lick.
  • Relax on the viewing decks, balconies, and lounges while observing wildlife visiting the waterhole.
  • During the night, special wildlife sightings may be announced by the lodge staff so guests do not miss unique animal encounters.
  • Overnight stay in Aberdare.
Day 3

ABERDARES – OL PEJETA 

  • Breakfast at the lodge.
  • Drive to Ol Pejeta, located at the foothills of Mount Kenya.
  • Arrive at the conservancy and check in to your lodge/camp.
  • Embark on an exciting game drive through the conservancy.
  • Visit the renowned Rhino Sanctuary, home to the world's last remaining northern white rhinos.
  • Spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalos, and other plains game.
  • Experience the unique opportunity to track locally collared lions alongside dedicated researchers (subject to availability).
  • During your game drive, observe elephants feeding on whistling thorn trees and lions roaming the open plains.
  • Spend the evening relaxing amidst the beautiful surroundings of Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
  • Overnight stay in Ol Pejeta.
Day 4

OL PEJETA – LAKE NAIVASHA

  • Early breakfast at the lodge (around 07:00 hrs).
  • Depart for Lake Naivasha, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley.
  • Arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch.
  • In the afternoon, enjoy a 1-hour boat ride on Lake Naivasha.
  • Discover the lake's rich birdlife, including fish eagles, ospreys, herons, egrets, lily-trotters, red-knobbed coots, and black crakes.
  • Observe the resident hippo population, with over 500 hippos inhabiting the lake.
  • Admire the picturesque surroundings of papyrus reeds and acacia trees.
  • Transfer to your hotel and check in.
  • Overnight stay at Lake Naivasha.
Day 5

LAKE NAIVASHA – MASAI MARA

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Depart for Masai Mara at 07:30 hrs.
  • Arrive at your lodge and receive a warm welcome.
  • Enjoy lunch at the lodge.
  • In the afternoon (16:00–18:00 hrs), set out on an exciting game drive through the Masai Mara.
  • Witness the incredible wildlife as predators begin their evening hunt.
  • Look out for lions, giraffes, hyenas, elephants, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
  • Enjoy the breathtaking African sunset over the Mara before returning to the lodge.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Masai Mara.
Day 6

FULL-DAY MASAI MARA GAME DRIVE

  • Early breakfast at the lodge.
  • Spend the day exploring the magnificent Masai Mara National Reserve.
  • Choose between:
    • Morning and afternoon game drives with lunch at the lodge, or
    • A full-day game drive (07:30–15:30 hrs) with a packed picnic lunch.
  • Explore the vast savannahs with your experienced safari guide.
  • Search for the famous Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros.
  • Witness incredible wildlife encounters, including predators hunting and large herds of grazing herbivores.
  • Keep an eye out for cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and a variety of birdlife.
  • Enjoy the breathtaking African sunset before returning to the lodge.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Masai Mara.
Day 7

DEPARTURE

  • Breakfast at the lodge.
  • Check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi.
  • Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
  • Board your departure flight with unforgettable memories of your Kenyan safari.

INCLUSIONS

  • Accommodation as stipulated in the itinerary or similar.
  • Private transportation in a Customised 4WD Safari Landcruiser (non-ac) with pop-up roof for easy game viewing & photography.
  • Services of an experienced English-speaking driver-guide.
  • Game viewing drives as indicated in the itinerary in a Customised 4WD Safari Landcruiser (non-ac) with pop-up roof for easy game viewing & photography.
  • All Government taxes, parks entrance fees and levies as per itinerary.
  • All meet and greet services.
  • All arrival and departure transfers as per itinerary.
  • All meals as indicated in the itinerary.
  • Bottled drinking water in the vehicle while on Safari.

EXCLUSIONS

  • All items of personal nature e.g. Laundry services, telephone call bills, fax/email bills etc,
  • Tips and gratuities to hotel, lodges, camp staff and driver-guide(s).
  • All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including drinking water during meals.
  • Optional activities and any other item(s) not included in our itinerary.
  • Concession fees (Incase of any new fees introduced by parks etc without our knowledge)
  • Airfare and Visa.
  • Flying doctors coverage: Optional @ US$ 40.00 per person.
  • Covers you within East Africa for a period of 14 days. In the eventuality of a medical emergency, you will be airlifted to Nairobi where you will be taken to a good hospital.
