Inclusions

• Assistance upon arrival at Srinagar.
• accommodation on double / triple sharing basis as per the itinerary with Breakfast & Dinner.
• Return airport and round trip transfers along with all sightseeing tours by Non AC Vehicle - Mentioned as per the itinerary.
• 01 hour boat ride on world famous dal lake ( Srinagar ) ( 04 Pax in 01 Shikara ) All toll Taxes & Parking Charges
• Hotel Nights accommodation on twin sharing basis as per itinerary
• Meals as per hotel plan
• All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air-conditioned vehicle on sharing basis
• Road taxes, parking fees, fuel charges, interstate taxes
• Vehicle (If included) will be provided as below :

2-3 Persons : Sedan Car

4-7 Persons : Ertiga / Innova / Innova crysta car (As per package selection)

8 Persons & above : Tempo Travellers / Coach (depends on no of persons)

Exclusions

• Any Airfare & 5% GST.
• Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”. Gondola Ride at Gulmarg.
• Pony Ride at Gulmarg / Pahalgam & Sonmarg. Chandanwari / Aru / Betaab Valley Sightseeing at Pahalgam.
• Snow Jeep ( Chained Vehicle ) from Tangmarg to Gulmarg & Vice Versa. Thajiwas Glacier / Zero Point visit at Sonmarg
• GST if not mentioned in the Inclusions
• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
• Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
• Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
• Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. 
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
• We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
• Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
• In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
