• Accommodation in deluxe hotels on doubles/triple sharing basis.
• Veg. meal plan breakfast & dinner at all the hotel.
• All applicable luxury tax of the hotel.
• All Transfers & sightseeing as per the itinerary.
• All toll tax and parking, driver allowance etc.
• Pick up and drop.

• Cost of the meal other than mentioned above
• Cost of Any personal Expenses
• All entry fee
• Heater Charges
• Rope-way
• Railway Fare Air Fare
• Guide Tips and any other item except  “Package Rates Includes”
• Service Tax @ 5%
• Driver tip is not included.

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
• Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. 
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
• We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
• Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
• In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
