Inclusion :

• Pickup from Bhuj [Railway Station / Airport] / Dhordo to White Rann - The Tent City
• (Dholavira). [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C. basis] (As timings mentioned in
  attachment).
• Drop from Dholavira to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
• 1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and
• Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas
  and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
• Guest who have missed the visit as per Itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable
  basis.
• Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
• Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

Exclusions:

• GST if not mentioned in the Inclusions
• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video
• camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
• Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad
• weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
• Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. We will do the needful as per Hotel / Flight / Transportation policy.
• Note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. 
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Flight/Transportaion and season/off season time.
• We are not doing any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
• Different Govt or local bodies have various road / trafic / Parking rules. So, according to that our vehicle will drive you till wherever it is possible. The further way should be travelled by own arrangements.
• In case of natural calamities (rain fall, snow fall, tsunami, cyclone, earth quake, flood, land slide etc) or uncertain events (strikes, riots, accidents, road blockage, flight delay or cancelation) , the additional cost for transportaion or hotel etc. will bw bourne by traveler only.
